摘要
本文介绍了羟丙基淀粉醚样品与氢碘酸反应，生成丙烯和碘丙烷气体，在加热和载气的作用下，分别送入盛有定量的溴冰醋酸溶液和硝酸银醇溶液内。吸收后，用硫代硫酸钠和硫氰酸铵标准溶液滴定，测定出羟丙基淀粉的取代度。
Abstract: In order to control the substitution degree in production of hydroxypropyl starch ether, the instrument used in Morgan method were improved, and thus higher repeatability was acheived by the method.
