e have studied physical and chemical properties and
immtinoactivity of placenta polynentide.It'smolecular Weight is 3000～5000 D,and it contains 16
amino acids.It's chemical composition is differ-ent from that of the conventional transfer factor and
it has bioactivity. It can transform PHA and OTskin test from negative to pocitive by 66.7%and
68.6%respectively and recover the active rosetteform action induced by culture at 37℃.
