摘要
胎盘免疫调节肽（简称胎盘肽）是一种可透析、可超滤、不耐热的多肽，它不但能够提高机体的细胞免疫功能，同时对体液免疫反应的不同环节也有一定的作用。本文就胎盘肽对水痘的应用进行了初步探讨，本资料提示，胎盘肽既具有免疫调节作用也具有一定的抗病毒效应，是值得临床推广应用的生物制剂。
The placental peptide (also called placental immunoregulatory polypeptides) is a group of small molecular peptides extracted from healthly human placenta. It has been proved that the placental peptide was capable of enhanceing both the cellular and humoral immunity. In this report, we made a preliminary reseasch on the curative effect of placental peptide on varicella. The result showed that placental peptide had antiviral activity and it could be considered as a kind of effective biolagicals.
