摘要
用电子显微镜对10例老年痴呆症和10例正常老年人大脑(?)叶,(?)叶和(?)页皮质的(?)质细胞、血脑屏障和衰老斑进行对比研究。发现两组间的较一致性变化,从量上来年,这些变化老年痴呆症明显高于正常老年人。
Ultrastructure of glial cells and blood-brain barrier and aging patch of frontal,temporal and parietal cortex in 10 cases of senile dementia were compared with 10 normal senile mrmtan.The ultrastructural changes were accordant between 2 groups. These variations of senibe dementis are remarkably higher than those of nonnal senile human in quality.
