摘要
本文采用折合能级降δΩ和折合绝对温度T_(eq)两个指标,从能平衡、(火用)平衡和能级平衡的观点。评定余热利用系统的优劣,以折合能级降δΩ小而折合绝对温度T_(eq)高者为优。文中以计算实例,比较了轧钢加热炉烟气余热的利用方案。结果表明,以发电量多者为最好方案。
In the view of energy balance,exergie balance and energy level balance,two indices—equivalent energy level drop(δΩ)and equivalent absolute temperature(T_(eq)) are proposed in order to evaluate the waste heat utilization system.The more decrease the δΩ and the more increase the T_(eq),the better the waste heat utilization system.This paper takes a waste heat utilization of rolling heating furnace for example and makes a comparison among three programs.
