摘要
针对工业硅生产烟气余热发电工艺流程及改造重点和难点进行了分析,对改造前后综合利用能耗和产生的效益进行了比较。结论证明采取有效措施进行余热资源的回收利用对工业硅行业节能减排和可持续发展具有重要意义。
Analyzes the waste heat power generation teehnological process and the difficuh and important points in waste heat pow- er generation technological upgrading in industrial silicon production process. The energy consumption and benefits before and after the energy saving technological upgrading are analyzed and compared. The conclusion proves that taking effective measures to fully enhance the recycling efficieney of waste heat resource generated in the production process is of great significance for energy-saving and emission-reduction and sustainable development tot the industrial silicon industry.
