基于热载体焓的烧结竖冷余热回收系统设计及热力学分析

摘要 以烧结余热回收和烧结烟气中CO脱除为目标,设计一套以烧结烟气为冷却介质的竖式烧结余热回收系统,并对该系统进行焓分析和燃烧计算。结果表明,竖冷窑的热利用率和热效率均可达70%以上,空气预热器可达90%以上,烟气预热器可达60%以上,所有子系统的热转换率均可达95%以上,系统综合排烟CO浓度可降至674.37 mg/m3。该系统可为工厂烧结余热回收工艺的改良提供参考。 Aiming at the recovery of sintering waste heat and the removal of CO from sintering flue gas,a vertical sintering waste heat recovery system with sintering flue gas as the cooling medium is designed,and enthalpy analysis and combustion calculation are carried out on this system.The results show that the thermal utilization rate and thermal efficiency of the vertical cooling kiln can both reach over 70%,that of the air preheater can reach over 90%,and that of the flue gas preheater can reach over 60%.The thermal conversion rate of all subsystems can reach over 95%,and the comprehensive flue gas CO concentration of the system can be reduced to 674.37 mg/m3.This system can provide a reference for the improvement of the sintering waste heat recovery process in factories.
