摘要
目的：研究粒细胞集落刺激因子（ Ｇ Ｃ Ｓ Ｆ）表达在恶性卵巢肿瘤患者中的意义。方法：应用 Ｅ Ｌ Ｉ Ｓ Ａ 双抗夹心法检测了２６ 例卵巢癌患者血清中 Ｇ Ｃ Ｓ Ｆ水平。结果：患者血清中 Ｇ Ｃ Ｓ Ｆ 水平明显高于对照组（ Ｐ＜ ０００１）。结论： Ｇ Ｃ Ｓ Ｆ表达可能与恶性卵巢肿瘤的发生发展及其抗瘤效应有关。
Objective:To study the significance of granulocyte colony stimulating factor(GCSF) expression in malignant ovarian tumor patients.Methods:The levels of GCSF in serums from 26 malignant ovarian patients were detected by biantibody sandwich assay.Results:The contents of GCSF in patients serums were obviously higher than in controls( P <0 001).Conclusion:The excessive expression of GCSF was probably connected with tumorigenesis and antitumor effect.
