摘要
用毛细管气相色谱、色谱—质谱—计算机联用技术分析了孔雀草水蒸汽蒸馏时所得水相部分萃取物的化学成份。在气相色谱78个峰中鉴定了28个化合物。它们是β—松油醇、胡椒烯酮、胡椒酮、桃金娘醛、α—松油醇、1,8—桉叶素、α—乙基苯乙醇等。这些化合物占萃取物总重量的90.73％。
Chemical constiuents of the water phase of steam distillate of Tagetes patula L. were analyzed by GC, GC/MS/DS.28 components have been identified. They are β-terpineol, piperitenone, piperitone, myrtanal, α-terpineol 1, 8-cineol, α-etyl benzeneethanol etc. The total content of the above28 compounds is 90.73％ of the extract.
