摘要
用毛细管气相色谱、色谱-质谱-计算机联用技术分析了万寿菊水蒸汽蒸馏液萃取物的化学成分。在已分离的78种物质中鉴定了28个化合物,它们是β-松油醇、胡椒烯酮、胡椒酮、桃金娘醛、α-松油醇、1,8-桉叶油素、乙基苯乙醇等。这些化合物占萃取物总量的90.73%。
Chemical constituents of the extract of the steam distillate of Tagetes patula L.analyzed by the aid of PGC,GC/MS/DS.28 components have been identified.They are β-terpineol,piperitenone, piperitone, myrtanal, a-terpinaol, 1,8-cineol, ar-ethyl benzeneethanol, 3-methyl-2-butenol,hexanoic acid, 2-methyl-3-oxo, ethyl ester, methyl acetate, tricyclic 2,2,l,0^(2,6)heptan-3-ol, l-(l-propynyl) cyclohexene, benzaldehyde, fenchyl alcohol, 1-menthol, Δ~3—carene, geraniol, l,2-dimethyl-3—(1-methylethenyl) cyclopentanol, camphor, 1—borneol, isopulegol, carvacrol, 2,3,5,6-tetramethyl phenol, methyl cinnamate, safrole, isopiperitenone, 7-methylene-2-(1-methylethenyl) bicyclo 2,2,1 heptane, 2-cyclopentylidene cyclopentanone.The total content of the above 28 compounds is 90.73% of the extract.
