摘要
分析了各类型钎头的结构特点、使用性能 ,指出了各种钎头的应用范围 ,为合理选择钎头提供了理论和技术依据。
The drilling bit has played a very important role in mine heading and excavation. Flat bit, three point bit, cross bit, ball bit, hard metal bit and other bit used in mine excavation and heading are different in structure and performance. To have a max applied value, a proper bit should be selected base on different geological environment and rock conditions. The paper made a comparison analysis according to the different bit structure and pointed how to select a bit under the different heading and excavation conditions. With the development of the current bits, the paper pointed that a new hard metal alloy bit as a high tech product has advantages in technology and economic to replace other bit.
