摘要
通过正交法对23CrNi3Mo钢钎杆的热处理工艺进行了优化。结果表明:奥氏体化温度、等温温度和等温时间三因素对23CrNi3Mo钢硬度影响大小顺序为等温时间>等温温度>奥氏体化温度。23CrNi3Mo钢贝氏体热处理的最佳工艺为920℃奥氏体化+320℃等温60 min,此时强韧性最佳,冲击吸收能量和抗拉强度分别达到69 J和1002 MPa。
The heat treatment process of 23CrNi3Mo steel brazing rod was optimized by orthogonal method.The results show that the influence of austenitizing temperature,isothermal temperature and isothermal time on the hardness of 23CrNi3Mo steel is in the order of isothermal time>isothermal temperature>austenitizing temperature.The best process of bainite heat treatment of 23CrNi3Mo steel is austenitizing at 920℃and isothermal at 320℃for 60 min,at which the strength and toughness are the best,the impact absorbed energy and tensile strength are 69 J and 1002 MPa,respectively.
