摘要
锥体连接一字形钎头主要用在单轴强度δD≤150MPa的非磨蚀性完整岩石中,钻凿直径Φ38~42mm、深度≤3m的眼孔。在破碎坚硬的强磨蚀性岩石中,由于破岩效率低和几何形状稳定性差,导致眼孔不圆、钻速慢、寿命短、修磨频繁且费用高、合金利用率低、机械故障、工人劳动条件恶化等。因此,瑞典Secoroc、Sandvik分司70年代就用锥体连接的十字和球齿钎头取代了一字形钎头。现在,建议用更具优势的复合片齿钎头逐步更新目前广泛使用的一字形钎头。新系列钎头寿命为一字、球齿钎头寿命的2~4倍,而价格比同直径一字、球齿钎头高1/5~1/3。
The bit is maily used in single axle compressive strengtb δD ≤150MPa no-abrasion complete rock, drilling rock diameter Φ36-Φ42mm, deptb ≤ 3m bole. In breaking the bdrd strong abrasion rock, the rock bole is not round, slow in drilling speed, sbort in service life, grinding freguently and bigb in cost, low in the rate of cemented carbides, mechanical failure, labour bad condition etc., for inefficient in breaking rock and bad in geometry shape stability. so, in I97os, Sweden Secoroc, Sandvik company make cross bits and button bits with cone connecting to substitude chisel bits. The paper is suggested that the insert and botton complex-type bits with more advantages at present sbould be renewed the widely used chisel bits one by one. The new seriel bits's life is 2 to 4 times as equal as the one of chisel or botton bits, and its price is only higher than I/5 to I/3 than the same diameter's.
