摘要
针对以谷物为主要原料的膨化食品 ,分析了挤压膨化工艺和原料中化学成分之间的相互影响机理 ,从中得出了较为合理的挤压膨化用原料的化学成分要求。
aiming at the expanding foodstuff which primary material is corn,it analyses the technics of extrusion & expanding and the interactional mechanism of all material's components,then educing a more reasonable components'demand.
