摘要
目的 研究活血化瘀中药对视网膜静脉阻塞的疗效。方法 将 2 3只实验性视网膜静脉阻塞家兔随机分 3组 ,其中两组分别接受了眼底Ⅰ号方和理血方Ⅲ号方的治疗 ,另一组用生理盐水作对照。对 3组兔眼的眼底出血吸收时间和荧光素眼底血管造影资料进行了观察和比较。结果 眼底Ⅰ号方组与理血方Ⅲ号方组比较差异无显著性 ,两组与生理盐水组比较差异有显著性。
OBJECTIVE To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine for huoxuehuayu(活血化瘀) in treatment of RVOMETHODS Twenty three rabbits were divided into random 3 groups Two groups of them were treated with yandiyihaofang(眼底Ⅰ号方) and lixuefangsanhao(理血方Ⅲ号) respectively, and another group was treated with normal saline as control group The time of absorbing blood and the data from fluorescein fundus angiography were observed and comparedRESULTS There was no significant difference between two groups treated with yandiyihaofang group and lixuefangsanhao, but they were better than control group CONCLUSION The therapeutics with huoxuehuayu could be one of effective methods in treatment of RVO
