摘要
面对科研体制改革的新形势 ,本文针对当前科技情报研究工作存在的主要问题 ,提出了改制后如何搞好科技情报研究工作的思考。
In the light of the new situation of the reform of scientific research system,this article analyzes the main problems that exist in the Sci-tech information research work and gives the train of thought of how to do Sci-tech information research work well after reform.
