century is not only the society of knowledge economy,but aslo the networking.With knowledge requirement and network carrier becoming of the two social characters of the century,social setting,mind,service connotations of library document information service aslo have a deep change.so hurry on with constituting and carrying a service strategy adjusted to the situation is to be the very thing before everything.
