摘要
在国际经济变化和国内经济结构转型的背景下,企业创新关乎国家自主创新战略实施的质量和程度,而创新的关键在于其科学的决策,科技情报服务能够对信息情报实现创造性的智力活动。文章重点分析了企业进行科技情报服务外包的可行性与实施路径,并对科技情报机构如何对接企业外包提出了一些建议。
In the international economy changes and domestic economic restructuring background, enterprise innovation determines the quality and degree of the national innovation strategy, and the key of innovation lies in its scientific decision, science and technology information service for information to achieve creative intellectual activity. This paper focuses on the feasibility and implementation path analysis of science and technology information service outsourcing for enterprises, and puts forward some suggestions that the science and technology intelligence agencies how to accept enterprise outsourcing.
