摘要
用定量和定性相结合的方法分析了公司治理结构中大小股东行为的管理博弈过程。首先分析了小股东“搭便车”大股东监督的子博弈，然后分析了大股东监督过程中大小股东行为的互动过程，最后阐明了对大股东加大监督力度的重要性。
This article analyzes the management game process between large and small shareholders in company controlling structure by quantitative and qualitative analysis. Firstly, the sub-game process that small shareholders hitchhike and large shareholders control is analyzed. Secondly, large and small shareholders' interdependent course when large shareholders control is analyzed. Lastly, it is pointed out that it is very important to strengthen the degree of supervising the large shareholders.
