摘要
产权制度的完善对民营企业发展有重大影响。目前,我国民营企业产权制度的缺陷使得民营企业投资不足且小股东利益难以充分保障,因此,应该清晰界定产权、实现产权结构的合理化并促进产权流动。
The property has important effect on the private corporations. At present, the defects of the property make the private corporations lose much investment and the small shareholders lose their benefit. Therefore, the property right should be clarified, structure-diversed and mobile.
