影响肝移植鼠近期存活的术中因素分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的 探讨术中不利因素对大鼠原位肝移植术后近期存活的影响。方法 雄性SD大鼠参照Kama-da法采用二套管共行大鼠原位肝移植100次,观察术中出现的异常情况。结果 术后近期(1周内)死亡的移植鼠中有25只尸检未见明显的并发症,但术中分别出现供肝营养不良、供肝灌洗不佳、供体术中出血、受体切肝时麻醉过深、受体术中出血、受体肝下下腔静脉阻断时间过长、受体胆总管插管困难及受体术中气胸等异常情况。结论 术中异常情况是影响肝移植鼠术后近期存活的不利因素。 Objective To investigate the unfavorable factors which affect the short - term sur- vival in orthotopic liver transplants in the rats. Methods A total of 100 orthotopic liver transplants in the male SD rats weighing 200 - 250g were performed referring to the Kamada's cuff techniques, and the unfavorable factors during operation were observed. Results Of those who died within one week postoperatively, 25 grafted rats had no complication in autopsy, although they respectively encountered some abnormal situations intraoperatively, including: graft malnutrition; poor graft perfusiou; donor bleeding; deep anesthesia during recipient's liver resection, recipient bleeding; long clamping of IVC; difficulty in the cannulation of recipient's bile duct and pneumothorax. Conclusion The above men- tioned intraoperative abnormal situations are the unfavorable factors which can affect the short - term survival in rat liver transplantation.
