摘要
机床结合面刚度和阻尼的确定是机床进行动态分析和选化设计的关键问题之一.本文在文献基础上,提出一种利用实测传递函数数据和优化技术识别机床结构结合面动力学参数的方法.该方法不需要建立机床结构各部件的解析模型,实验和计算都比较简单,适用于复杂机床结构结合面动力学参数的识别.由于本文方法能对待识别结合面参数设置一定的上下界约束,因此与文献方法杉比,本文方法识别结果更为准确可靠.
The determination of interface stiffness and damping of machine-tool structures is one of key problems to dynamic analysis of machinetools. Based on references [1], a method to identify interface dynamic parameters of machine-tool structures using measured transfer function data and optimization technique is presented in this paper. It is not necessary to construct analytical models of machine-tool parts in this method, so it is rather simple in test and computation and suitable for identification of interface dynamic parameters of complex machine-tool structures. Compared with the method in references [1] the identification results are more accurate and reliable, because the constraints of lower and upper limits to the interface parameters identified can be set in this method.
