摘要
根据焊缝X射线底片上形成的图象特点,提出了用Laplacian算子与图象卷积的方法识别焊缝中的缺陷,并根据国标GB 3323—87《钢焊缝射线照相及底片等级分类法》编写处理程序,实现了焊缝自动等级分类。
A method with Laplacian operator and image convolution was put forward to descriminate defects in welded seams. And automatic quality grade determination for welded seam was performed depending on the nation-al standard GB 3323 - 87 (Quality grade determination method for X-ray film of welded steel).
