摘要
分析了数控铣床曲面加工形状误差的形成机理,提出对形状误差及误差源的测量方法。采用灰色关联度分析方法识别不同切削条件下的主要误差源,并进行了实验验证。
Following the analysis of the mechanism for shaping form errors during machining curved surfaces on CNC milling machine, the method for measuring form errors and error source is put forward. The analyzing method of grey relativity is used for identifying main error sources under different cutting conditions, and these results are verified by experiments.
