摘要
RSADY是水热-化学法制备的低稀土含量、稳定、脱AI的高硅Y型沸石分子筛。采用IR、27AINMR、EDS、XRD、MAT、RMAT等多种方法,研究了该超稳Y型沸石分子筛的性能。结果表明,由于制备工艺的合理设计,分子筛具有合适的酸中心密度、强度以及质子酸(B酸)和非质子酸(L酸)的比例,并具有较多的二次孔体积,提高了平衡活性,改善了选择性。
RSADY prepared by hydrothermal-chemical method is an ultra-stable, dealuminated, high-silica Y zeolite with lower rare earth content. It was characterized by IR,27 Al NMR, EDS, XRD,MAT, resid MAT, etc. and showed that the zeolite has proper Bronsted acid-Lewis acid ratio, more secondary pore volume, increased activity stability and improved selectivity.
