摘要
以NaY分子筛为原料,氯化镧溶液为交换液,制备了LaNaY型分子筛,以此为基础制备出相应的催化裂化催化剂,并借助x射线衍射法和红外光谱法对LaNaY型分子筛的性能进行了表征。结果表明,随着交换浆液pH值的提高,镧离子可与NaY分子筛方钠石笼中的钠离子进行交换,从而定位于其中;交换浆液最佳pH值为3.5—4.5。随着焙烧温度的升高,LaNaY型分子筛结晶度及其保留率均增加,相应的催化剂微反活性也提高。LaNaY型分子筛最佳焙烧温度为450—550℃。
LaNaY zeolite was prepared with NaY zeolite as raw material, lanthanum chloride solution as exchange medium. Based on this LaNaY zeolite, catalytic cracking catalyst was prepared. The per- formance of LaNaY zeolite was characterized by X - ray diffraction and infrared spectroscopy. The results showed that with increasing the pH value of ex- change solution,lanthanum ion could exehange with sodium ion in sodalite eage of NaY zeolite,and loca- ted in the cage. The optimum pH value of exchange solution was 3.5 - 4.5. With the increase of calcina- tion temperature,both the crystallinity and its reten- tion rate increased, and the micro - activity of rele- vant catalyst also increased. The optimal calcination temperature of LaNaY zeolite was 450 -550 ℃.
