摘要
本文利用静高压熔态淬火方法,首次对Al4Mn合金形成准晶的压力条件及其热稳定性进行了研究,发现在0.95GPa到4.45GPa的范围内,以10^2k/s冷却速度淬火的Al4Mn合金,在不同压力下形成不同结构的准晶,利用非晶态动力学理论对其结果进行了初步解释。
The condition of the formation of quasierystal AI,Mn and Al6Cr under high static pressure has been investigated for the first time, 1-phase and T-phase have been observed in electron diffraction experiment. The structures of Al4 Mn quenched ai aboul 100K/s are different under various pressures from 0.95 to 4. 45GPa. The phase transition from l-phase and T-phase 10 crystal phase has also been investigated. The results were disccused by non-crystalline dynamic theory.
