摘要
高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)在1~2GPa的静高压下发生熔体结晶。用压缩的方法对经过高压处理后的样品进行了杨氏模量的测量。测量结果表明:样品的扬氏模量随压力和结晶度的增加而增大,最大值达到1.46GPa。伸直链晶体的形成是杨氏模量增加的重要因素。
High density polyethylene was crystallized at static high pressure from 1GPa to 2GPa. The Young' s modulus of the sample treated by high-pressure compression was measured with the compression method. The results show that the young' s modulus is increased both with the pressure and the crystallinity, and its maximun value is 1. 46GPa. The formation of the extended-chain crystal is an important factor for the increase of young' s modulus.
