摘要
报道了抚州铀矿山南贫矿细菌堆浸半工业试验的结果 ,并对堆场、喷淋布液装置、生物膜连续氧化设备及工艺流程等作了简述。通过 158d的淋浸试验 ,回收铀 1142 .14kg,液计浸出率为6 9.4 5% ,渣计浸出率 6 6 % ,酸耗 2 .11% ,总液固体积质量比为 2 .55L/kg。实现了利用矿石中的铁和硫被细菌氧化达到浸出铀的目的 ,为经济地开发利用低品位铀矿石提供了一种实用可行的工艺方法。
In this paper,the results of semi commercial experiment of bacteria heap leaching Shannan low grade ore in Fuzhou Uranium Mine are summarized. Heap situation, spraying and sprinkling devices, continuous oxidizing equipment of biomembrane and technological process are briefly introduced. During 158 d of bacteria leaching experiment, 1 142.14 kg uranium has been recovered. The leaching rate is 69.45% and 66% respectively by liquid and tailing measurement. The acid consumption is 2.11%, and the total liquid/solid is 2.55 L/kg. It supplies an economic and feasible technical way to recover uranium from low grade uranium ores.
