摘要
考察了不同接种时间、矿浆浓度、氮源、催化剂对烧渣脱硫效果的影响,还考察了铁精矿的脱硫情况。得出结论:在单因素下,前3天脱硫速度快,3—6天脱硫速度缓慢;接种菌的培养时间为72h,矿浆质量浓度80g/L,氮源硫酸铵1g/L,催化剂硝酸银0.02g/L等条件下脱硫效果较好,此时.处理3天后含硫量能从1.07%降至0.40%,脱硫率62.6%;对铁精矿(含铁65.30%)脱硫,处理4天后,含硫量从1.44%降至0.44%,脱硫率达69.4%,铁精矿满足冶炼要求。
The effects of inoculated time, pulp density and catalyst and nitrogen source on desulphurization result are investigated and desulphurization of iron concentrate is also investigated. The conclusions include ; under each single factor, the speed of dusulphurization is fast in the first 3 days, slow in the following 3 ~ 6 days; the conditions of desulphurization are best when the incubating time of inoculated bacterial is 72 hours, the pulp density is 80g/L, the amount of nitrogen source( NH4)2SO4 IS lg/L and the amount of catalyst - AgNO3 is 0.02 g/L, in this way, the sulfur is reduced from 1.07% and the rate of desulphurizatlon is 62.6% after 3 days of treatment; to remove sulfur from iron concentrate( Fe:65.30% ), the sulfur is reduced from 1.44% to 0.44% and the rate of desulphurization is 69.4% after 4 days of treatment and the quality of iron concentrate meets the needs of smelting.
