摘要
为了了解某铀矿石的浸出性能,在分析了其矿物学特征及化学成分的基础上,先进行了不同硫酸浓度和不同粒径条件的浸泡试验,试验结果表明酸度采用20 g/L、粒径破碎成-10 mm的浸泡试验效果最佳;再进行了不同氧化剂浓度的对比柱浸试验,试验结果表明加入氧化剂能提高浸出率7个百分点,并且不同氧化剂浓度对试验效果的影响不大。
In order to know the leaching character of an uranium deposit ore,on the base of analyzing characteristics and chemistry componential of the uranium ore, the static leaching test on the condition of different acidity and different particle size have been finished. The results show that the best test effect is on the condition that acidity is 20 g/L and particle size is - 10mm. Then the column leaching test of different oxidant concentration has been carried out. The result shows that oxidizing could raise 7.5% uranium leaching rate and different oxidant concentration has little effect about test effect.
