摘要
通过诱导大鼠缺碘模型,测定大鼠妊娠情况及胎鼠生长发育状况。研究了缺碘对大鼠NK细胞活性及胎鼠生长发育的影响,为探讨缺碘性疾病的机制提供实验资料。结果表明,缺碘大鼠的甲状腺的相对重量明显增高,脾相对重量、T4水平显著降低,大脑、垂体相对重量及T3水平无明显变化,缺碘孕鼠NK细胞活性显著降低,孕期增重百分数降低,黄体形成及胚胎植入数均降低,平均活胎数及活胎体重,身长均显著低于正常。缺碘可诱发大鼠缺碘性疾病模型,缺碘对大鼠妊娠及胎鼠生长发育的影响与大鼠NK细胞活性降低有关。
To study the effect of iodine deficiency on NK cell activity and embryo growth and development in rats,and to provide experimental proof to discuss the mechanism of iodine deficiency disorders,a state of pregnant rats and embryo growth and development has been observed,by inducingthe deficiency model in rats.The results show that as compared with the control group,relative weights of thyroid gland have a significant increase,relative weights of spleen and T4 levels in iodinedeficient rats have a significant decrease,while relative weights of brain and pituitary and T3 levels show no difference.The NK cell activity in iodinedeficient rats decreases obviously.Percentage of increasing weights during pregnancy has a decline,so does the number of luteinization and embryo implantation.The average number and weights of live embryo,and body legths are lower than the normal too.These results indicate that absence of iodine can induce the iodinedeficient disease model in rats.And the effect of iodine deficiency on the pregnant rats and embryo growth and development is related to the decrease of NK cell activity.
