摘要
本实验用Wistar大鼠分为3组:A组饲以地方甲状腺肿病区居民食粮,饮蒸馏水;B组为A组的饲料加酪蛋白,饮蒸馏水;C组为对照组,饲以本校实验动物中心的普通大鼠饲料,饮实验室自来水。饲养3个半月后,取血测甲状腺激素,取甲状腺作组织学检查。结果证明,本实验用地甲肿病区粮成功地建立了典型的缺碘性甲状腺肿及甲状腺功能低下的大鼠模型;酪蛋白能预防缺碘性甲状腺肿及甲状腺功能低下。其机制可能是酪蛋白增强碘的转运和甲状腺对碘的利用。
In this experimental study, Wistar rats were divided into 3 groups: Group A, 33 rats fed with diet purchased from endemic goitre area and iodine-free distilled water; Group B, 33 rats fed with the same diet of group A but 50% of casein was added and iodine-free distilled water; Group G, 33 rats fed with general rat's diet and ordinary tap water as control. After three and a half months, blood taken from ocular vein was measured for thyroid hormone and thyroid-stimulating hormone, and thyroid glands were taken for histologic examination.
The results have proved that typical iodine deficient goitre and hypothyroid models have been successfully established in rats from group A and casein can prevent rats from iodine-deficient goitre and hypothyroidism. The mechanism might be that casein may enhance iodine transportation and utilization in thyroid.
