摘要
目的了解昆明种小鼠弓形虫感染后胎鼠在宫内发育情况。方法用弓形虫AH株感染雌性性成熟昆明小白鼠,同时设对照组。1周后与雄鼠交配,确认阴栓,待受孕后20 d,解剖受孕雌鼠,计数胎鼠,观察发育情况。结果实验组成活胎鼠平均体重0.9 g,体长2.02 cm;对照组胎鼠平均体重1.64 g,体长3.08cm,实验组与对照组胎鼠发育有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论弓形虫感染小鼠后影响胎鼠宫内发育。
Objective To find out fetal KM murine growth in the uterus infected with toxoplasmosis, Methods Small white sex-mature KM mice were infected with toxoplasma All strain, and the control group was set up at the same time. One week after mated with male KM mice and the vaginal stick was confirmed, 20 days after impregnation , the impregnated female mice were anatomized and mouse fetus were recorded and its growth was observed. Results It was found that the weight of the alive mouse fetus in experiment group was 0.9 g , length was 2.2 cm on the average. While in control group the weight was 1.64g, length was 3.08 cm averagely. The growth of the mouse fetus between above two groups is of significant difference （P〈0. 01） . Conclusion Small mice infected with toxoplasmosis may affect the growth of the fetus in uterus.
