摘要
讨论了各种情况下样品前表面和后表面光热信号的频率特性,并给出部份情况下的实验验证。
Frequency characteristics of photothermal signals on the front and rear surfaces are discussed for various cases. The experimental results and relevant discussion of some optically opaque samples are given.
