摘要
给出了脉冲调制光热辐射测量中温度场分布的数值模拟结果,建立了分层介质的三维热扩散模型,分析了分层深度、大小等信息与温度场的关系,并将计算结果同扫描式测量的实际测量结果相比较,两者符合良好。
The numerical simulation result of temperature distribution in pulsed modulation photothermal radiometry is given. The model of layered material for 3 dimensional heat diffusion is set up and the relation between the depth, size of delamination with the temperature distribution are analyzed. The calculation result is compared with the real measuring result of scanning measurement. The agreement between the theory and the experiment is satisfactory.
