摘要
目的 评价不同微波辐射天线在肝脏微波热凝治疗中的热效应 ,为临床应用提供最佳选择。方法 选择制作工艺不同的 3种微波天线 ,用相同功率和不同时间 ,在猪肝内进行热凝 ,通过超声显像观察其热效应 ,测量凝固范围 ,作统计学分析。结果 外置介质套的微波辐射天线在热凝过程中 ,产生汽化、碳化较少 ,无粘连 ,凝固范围较理想。结论 微波在肝脏内的热凝作用不仅取决于微波发射的功率和时间 ,而且与微波辐射天线的制作工艺有很大关系。外置介质套的微波天线是目前肝脏热凝疗法的最佳选择。
Objective To evaluate the thermal effects of different microwave electrode on liver microwave coagulation,and pick out the best one for clinical application.Methods Three types of microwave electrodes named A,B,C have been used in pig liver coagulation with same power and different time.By ultrasonography their thermal effects were observed and the measured date of coagulation area were analyzed statistically.Results Compared with A,C group,the B group(the electrode with media sheath)had less vaporization,carbonization and no adhesion,The coagulation areas were satisfied.Conclusion The results of liver coagulation not only depend on the power and time of microwave radiation,but also have great correlation with the technology of electrode.
