摘要
目的:观察微波热凝固对肿瘤的杀伤及其作用后荷瘤体免疫机能的动态变化。方法:用袖珍插入式针形辐射器为无线,对荷SCC-891乳腺癌小鼠进行微波热凝固处理(MicrowaveTissueCoag-ulation,MTC),病理切片观察微波对肿瘤的杀伤,MTC作用后0、5、10、15天检测脾细胞IL-2,IL。2R,SI变化,观察细胞免疫反应。结果:MTC能直接杀伤肿瘤细胞,在MTC作用后第15天,各免疫指标均显著高出阳性对照,结论:MTC对荷瘤鼠细胞免疫功能的进行性下降有抑制,具有类似免疫活性剂的作用。
Objective , Experiments were conducted to elucidate the effects of microwave tissue coagu- lation (MTC) on killing tumors and cell-mediated immunity effects. Methods : 40 female BALB/C mice bearing SCC - 891 breast cancer were randomly divided into the MTC treatment group and positive con- trol group without MTC treatment. In addition , identica1 study was performed in 20 healthy femaIe BALB/C mice as the normal control. After 0 , 5th , 1 0th , 15th day of MTC treatment . the immune indexes were tested in spleen cells .which were including the IL - 2 ,IL - 2R and SI. At 10th day after MTC ,the tumor tissues were biopsy for pathologic examination. Results , The tumor necrosis appeared greatly. however there were some un - killed cells remaining. After 15 days of MTC . the IL - 2 , IL - 2R and SI leve1s were higher than the positive control group (P<0. 05) . Conclusions : These data are suggested that the MTC may efficiently coagulate the tumor tissues and stimulate the cell - mediated immune function , which is similar to immune - activator.
