讨论IC卡及相应处理的安全、可靠性问题。结合IC卡预收费电度表系统和串行接口的固有问题，介绍了以单片机为核心的系统，如何保证IC卡处理的安全和可靠。解决问题的方法和思路不失一般性，且有一定的实用价值。
：This paper discusses the questions of safety and reliability in intelligent IC Card． On the basis of a single chip microcomputer it is introduced to ensure the safety and reliability in serial interface and an intelligent IC card watt hour meter system． Solutions and thoughts have some practices．
