摘要
本文主要叙述了以高性能十六位单片机8XC196MC为核心的耐压测试仪设计。介绍了用单片机耐压测试仪的软、硬件设计新方法,文中给出了所设计的耐压测试仪的数据流图、硬件原理框图、主流程图。尤其是将数据库管理系统的软件工程设计方法引用于单片机系统的设计,使整体设计简明、清晰,此法不失一般性。
This paper mainly introduced the application of the withstand voltag e tester using a sing le-chip micro-computer 8XC196MC.In addition,the paper has g iven the block diag ram of system,the data stream chart and the flowchart in the system.The new method is recommended that hardware and software be desig ned by the sing le-chip microcomputer 8XC196MC.In especial,the method desig ned in software eng ineering us-ing database is used into the system of a sing le-chip microcomputer in order to show brevity and palpabili-ty.Usually,it can be used any the system of a sing le-chip microcomputer.
