摘要
ＩＣ卡（ＩｎｔｅｇｒａｔｅｄＣｉｒｃｕｉｔＣａｒｄ）在世界上的使用时间只有短短的十几年，比磁卡要晚得多．但ＩＣ卡以其优越的特性，有着广泛的应用前景，很多应用领域有待于人们去开发研究．在ＩＣ卡系统的设计中，数据的安全性将成为一个非常重要的问题．本文给出了一种预收费ＩＣ卡数据加密的方法并在煤气表中得以实施．
There is not yet out of teen years since IC card(Integrated Circuit Card) came to use in word and it was very late compared with magnetic card.But IC card is of superior features and broad application prospect,there are many application fields waiting for people to develop and research. It is highly important for the design of IC card system to make data safety.This paper puts forward the method of data security to pay in advance IC card system and it`s application in the gas meter.
