摘要
①目的 探讨银屑病的发病与细胞凋亡以及细胞凋亡与皮损组织锌含量的关系。②方法 采用末端脱氧核苷酰转移酶 (TdT)介导的d UTP生物素缺口末端标记 (TUNEL)技术、流式细胞技术检测银屑病病人皮损组织中凋亡细胞 ,用原子吸收分光法检测银屑病皮损组织锌的含量。③结果 银屑病病人皮损组织中细胞发生凋亡的比例高于正常对照组 (t=4.0 2 ,4.5 3,P <0 .0 1) ,银屑病病人皮损组织锌含量明显低于对照组 (t =4.31,P <0 .0 1) ,皮损组织中细胞凋亡数与锌含量呈负相关 (r =- 0 .42 3,P <0 .0 5 )。④结论 锌可能对银屑病皮损组织中细胞凋亡有明显的影响。
Objective\ To explore the relationship between zinc and apoptosis of keratinocytes in psoriatic lesion.\ Methods\ Apoptosis of keratinocytes in psoriatic lesion and normal skin were measured by both terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase mediation dUTP biotin nick end labelling (TUNEL) and flow cytometer. The zinc contents in psoriatic lesion and normal skin were measured by atomic absorption spectrophotometry(AAS).\ Results\ The zinc contents in psoriatic lesion were lower (t= 4.31 , P <0.01) and the number of apoptotic keratinocytes was higher than that of the normal skin( t= 4.02,4.53,P <0.01).There was a negative correlation between the contents of zinc and the percentage of apoptotic keratinocytes in psoriatic lesion( r= -0.423 , P <0.05). \ Conclusion\ Zinc may play an important role in keratinocytes apoptosis in patients with psoriasis. [
