摘要
目的观察高锌对雄性小鼠睾丸结构的影响 ,为临床补锌提供指导。方法将雄性小鼠随机分为4组 ,对照组用普通饲料喂养 ,实验组分为3组 :分别用含不同剂量的高锌饲料喂养 ,观察4组小鼠睾丸的光镜结构 ,配对雌鼠的妊娠率。结果高锌饲料喂养的小鼠的生精小管受到了不同程度的损害 ,饲料中含锌量越高 ,损害程度越重 ;与高锌组配对的雌鼠的妊娠率降低。结论高锌对雄性小鼠的睾丸有损害 ,缺锌引起的男性不育 ,补锌要适量。
Objective To observe the effects of high zinc upon the rats'testicles and provide instructions for supplying zinc in clinical practice.Method The rats were divided into4groups,the control group was feed with feedstock.The test group was divide into3groups with different high zine feedˉstock.Observe the light structure of testicles of4groups and pregnancy rate of matching female rat.Results The rats'tubulus seminiferi contorti were damaged.The more zinc was,the more serious the rats'tubulus seminiferi contorti was.The pregnancy rate of matching female rat with high zinc rats was lower.Conclusion The high zinc affects the genitality.It is necessary to supply zinc appropriately for the male with inferility for lacking of zinc.
