摘要
本文收集并分析了近10年,尤其是近5年来国内外有关这一领域的研究文献,概括并总结了高血压左心室肥厚的概念、形成机制及其药物逆转,这些药物包括ACE抑制剂,CCB1,β-阻滞剂,α-阻滞剂。
This article reviews and summarizes domestic and foreign papers on hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy and its reversed by drugs for the past recent ten years,specially in the past recent five years,gives the whole view of hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy,in specialty,its mechanism and its reversed by drugs,including ACE inhibitor,CCBi,3-blocker and a-blocker.
