摘要
本文采用 Langendouff灌流法观察广枣总黄酮 ( TFC)抗心律失常的作用机制。结果表明 ,TFC可明显对抗大鼠离体心脏缺氧性心律失常 ,显著延长心律失常出现时间 ,明显降低心律失常和心脏停搏发生率。TFC可显著提高心脏室颤阈值 ,并呈良好量效和时效关系。结果提示 ,TFC的抗心律失常作用与提高心肌电稳定性 ,降低心室易颤性有关。
Objective:To research the mechanism of antiarrhythmic action of Fructus Choetospondias by Langendorff method.(TFC).Methods:The isolated perfused rat hearts were used.Result:TFC counteracted significantly the arrhythmia caused by perfusing with an anoxic solution ,prolonged markedly arrhythmia apperance time,decreased evidently the frequency of arrhythmia and the cardiac arrest.TFC also increased ventricular fibrillation threshold markedly and showed a good dose-effect and time-effect relation.Conclusion:The antiarrhythmic action of TFC is related to the increase of stability of myocardium and decrease of susceptibility to ventricular fibrillation.
