摘要
目的 :为广枣总黄酮提取工艺提供依据。方法 :采用正交设计方法。结果 :最佳提取工艺组为A1B1C2 D2 ,即加药材8倍量的 70 %乙醇 ,回流提取 1h ,共提取 2次 ;考察结果显示 ,提取次数 2次时广枣总黄酮提取率提高到 92 .2 8%。结论 :乙醇提取法优于水提取法 ,乙醇浓度和溶剂倍量因素对总黄酮溶出含量影响极大 ,应加以控制。
Objective: To provide a basis for the optimum extracting technology of total flavone of traditional mongolian medicine Fructus Choerospondiatis. Methods: The orthogonal design was used. Results: The optimum extracting condition was A 1B 1C 2D 2. That is adding eight times amount of 70% alcohol and refluxing and extracting for 1 h (totally extracting for 2 times). The result indicated that 2 time extraction could raise the extraction rate to 92.28%. Conclusion: The alcohol extraction method is superior to water extraction method. The alcohol concentration and amount should be strictly controlled becasuse of their large influences on the dissolution of total flavone.
