摘要
目的 :探讨薏苡仁提取物 (康莱特 ,KLT)注射液对晚期原发性肝癌 (PHC)患者免疫功能的影响。方法 :用KLT治疗晚期PHC 52例为治疗组 ,并以常规对症处理治疗 4 2例晚期PHC为对照组。检测两组患者治疗前后外周血T淋巴细胞亚群 (T LS)及血清可溶性白细胞介素 2受体 (sIL 2R)水平。结果 :治疗组患者外周血CD3+细胞、CD4 +细胞、CD4 +/CD8+细胞比值治疗后较治疗前明显增高 (P均 <0 .0 5) ,CD8+细胞无显著性改变 (P >0 .0 5) ,血清sIL 2R明显降低 (P <0 .0 5) ;而对照组患者治疗后外周血CD3+细胞、CD4 +细胞、CD4 +/CD8+细胞比值及sIL 2R较治疗前无显著性改变 (P均 >0 .0 5)。结论
Objective To study the influence of KLT on immune function in patients with advanced primary hepatocarcinoma(PHC).Methods 52 patients with advanced PHC were treated with KLT (tested group) and 42 patients with advanced PHC were treated with conventional therapy(control group).Peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets(T LS) and levels of soluble interleukin 2 recepor (sIL 2R) in all patients of two groups were detected pre and post treatment.Results In tested group,the values of CD 3 +, CD 4 +, CD 4 +/ CD 8 +rose significantly after treatment (P<0.05),and the value of CD 8 +did not change significantly (P>0.05),the level of serum sIL 2R was significantly lower after treatment than that before treatment (P<0.05).In control group the values of T LS and the level of serum SIL 2R didn’t significantly change after treatment (P>0 05).Conclusion KLT injection can improve the immune function of patients with advanced PHC.
