尖锐湿疣患者细胞免疫功能检测的意义 被引量:6

Detection and significance of cellular immune function of patients with condyloma acuminatum

摘要 目的探讨尖锐湿疣患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群、NK细胞活性的变化及意义。方法采用直接免疫荧光法,应用流式细胞仪对30例健康人、120例电灼术治疗前的尖锐湿疣患者进行外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及NK细胞活性的检测,检测后对所有患者均行电灼术消除疣体并于3个月后复查相同检测项目。结果与正常对照组比较,尖锐湿疣患者在电灼术治疗前外周血中CD^3+(62.81±9.21)%、CD0+细胞(31.72±8.29)%、CD^4+/CD^8+比值(1.22±0.63)及NK细胞活性降低(15.57±1.62%)(P〈0.05);而CD^8+细胞增高(30.53±8.34)%(P〈0.05)。应用电灼术消除疣体后3个月,复发46例,未复发74例。与未复发组相比,尖锐湿疣患者复发组CD^4+细胞(29.86±6.3)%、CD^4+/CD^8+比值(0.87±0.67)及NK细胞活性降低(14.01±2.33)%(P〈0.05),CD^8+细胞升高(32.85±8.2)%(P〈0.05)。结论T淋巴细胞亚群及NK细胞活性检测结果提示尖锐湿疣患者细胞免疫功能受抑制,了解其抑制情况及程度,将对尖锐湿疣患者免疫功能评估、预防复发及免疫调节剂的使用都具有重要意义。 Objective To investigate the level changes of T lymphocyte subpopulation and natural killer (NK) cells activity in peripheral blood in the patients with condyloma acuminatum(CA)and their significance. Methods Direct immunofluorescence was used to compare the results ofT lymphocyte subsets in 30 healthy subjects and 120 patients with CA before laser therapy measured by flow cytometry basing on the items CD^3+, CD^4+cell, CDS+cell , CD^4+/CD^8+ ratio and NK cells activity. And then the CA of all the patients were removed by laser and rechecked the same items after 3 months. Results Compared with the control group, the peripheral blood CD^3+cell was 62.81 ±9.21%), CD^4+cell was(31.72 ± 8. 29%), CD^4+/CD^8+ ratio was (1.22±0.63)and NK cells activity of the patients with CA(15.57 + 1.62%) before laser were lower (P〈 0.05); while the CD^8+cells(30.53±8.34%)were higher (P〈 0.05). 3 months after laser, there are 46 patients found recurred while there are 74 patients non-recurred. Compared with the non-recurrent group, CD^4+cells(29.86± 6.3%), CD^4+/CD^8+ratio (0.87±0.67)and NK cells activity (14.01±2.33%) were lower (P〈 0.05) than those in the recurrent group; while the CDS+cells(32.85 ±8. 2%) was higher (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The detection of PB T lymphocytes cell subpopulation and NK cells suggest the cellular immune function is suppressed in patients with CA, understanding the degree of suppressive and damage will play an important rote in evaluation of immunologic function, and prevent recurrence and the usage of immune modulators of the patients with CA.
