摘要
目的 为了探讨新生儿出生身长与产前保健的关系。方法 采取随机抽样 ,抽取 1993年 1月～ 1998年 12月住院正常分娩 10 %的新生儿共 836例。结果 对测定的身长资料 ,经动态分析 ,新生儿身长平均每年递增速度为T =0 .0 0 30 2 8;经等级相关进一步分析 ,新生儿身长随年代递增 ,逐年增高 ,测得相关系数rs=0 .82 9,rs0 .0 1(5) =0 .76 9,P <0 .0 1即有高度正相关关系。结论 随着产前保健各项措施的逐步完善和加强 ,可以明显提高新生儿生长发育的水平。
Objective To find the relationship between the antepartum care of pregnant women and the body height of new-borns. Methods From Jen.1993 to Dec.1998, 836 nomal labor neonates were studied by random sampling. Their body height were observed and analysed dynamically Results The average body height of new-borns increases progressively per year, the speed (r)is 0.003028, the correlation coefficients(rs,rs 0.01) are 0.829, 0.769, P<0.01. Conclusions With the antepartum care of pregnant women improving , the level of body height of neonates is rising.
