摘要
目的 为适应产妇的健康需求 ,建立一条完善的正常分娩产妇的临床护理路径。方法 采用随机抽样将足月正常分娩的初产妇 10 0例分成两组 ,每组 5 0例。对照组采用传统方法进行护理 ,研究组采用制定好的临床护理路径进行护理 ,比较两组产妇的护理质量。结果 研究组产妇的自我护理能力、护理新生儿能力及产妇的满意度均有明显提高。结论 临床护理路径在正常分娩产妇中的应用 ,使产妇得到系统的教育 ,挖掘产妇自理潜能 ,提高产妇护理新生儿的能力及满意度。
Objective To establish a complete clinical nursing pathway to meet the health demands of normal delivery.Methods 100 pregnant women were equally randomized into two groups: the control group using the normal nursing methods, and the study group using the pre-designed clinical nursing pathway.Results The satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion Using a clinical nursing pathway in normal delivery improves self-care and neonatal nursing abilities of new mothers, as well as raises the satisfaction rate of clients.
